This is a firmware upgrade for HP Officejet Pro K550, K550dtn and K550dtwn printers.
To check the version of your current printer firmware, use either one of the following options:
Toolbox
1. Click Start, select All Programs, HP Officejet Pro K550 series, then HP Officejet Pro K550 series Toolbox.
2. On the Information tab, click Printer Hardware. The current firmware version will appears in the Printer Information dialog box.
Printing a Configuration Page:
1. Press and hold the Power button while pressing the Cancel (X) button once then release the Power button. The current firmware version will appear next to the Printer Revision in the printed Configuration Page. |
