iRiver iFP-900 Series iFP-990/iFP-995/iFP-999 MP3 Player Firmware v1.85 UMS Version.

This is iFP-900(990/995/999) Series Firmware V1.85(UMS version) enabling you to use your iFP player as a hard drive.

  • Please read How to Upgrade Firmware (From Manager version)/ (From UMS version) before downloading.
  • Upgrades from the Manager version to the UMS version, will delete all your data saved within the player during the firmware upgrade process.
  • Please format the player on Windows only. Other OS can't format the player properly.
  • If your system is Windows 98, you will need to install Windows 98 UMS Driver.
  • EU firmware has lower Audio output level(16 ohm, 15mW ) according to the French law, L44-5 of code de la sant' publique'.
